Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We are happy to accept returns on complete skeins of unwound yarn for STORE CREDIT.

Needles, patterns, special orders, sale merchandise, gift cards, and opened or wound skeins of yarn are not returnable.
