Important May Day News!

Dear Ones,

We are closing for May Day Strong, Friday May 1st (tomorrow!) standing in solidarity with all the other workers, students, businesses, and organizations who have answered the call for No Work, No School, No Shopping on May Day. This means Yarnology will be dark, and online orders won’t be processed until Saturday. 

If you are unfamiliar with May Day Strong, that’s understandable, there’s a lot to keep track of right now! Below you’ll find links to a few of the sites who have been organizing this event. 

There are many ways to participate. If you are near us in Winona there is a family-friendly protest in Windham Park Friday evening, please grab the details here and note the details of the food drive before you head out the door.

It’s never easy to close our doors, especially as we know some of you might be wanting to stop in to get assistance or gear up before the weekend. To help with this we will be open at 11am instead of noon on Saturday May 2nd.
